The Sea Hotel by Grupotel exceeded all our expectations. The location, the room, and the sleeping conditions were perfect. The beach is literally just one step away from the restaurant's terrace, and the view is lovely. The hotel offers a lot of facilities, including a pool, Spa, gym and a very relaxing solarium, where one can get a perfect tan while enjoying at the same time the view over the beach and Ca'n Picafort Bay. The restaurant is flawlessly organized, and the lounge bar complements the drinks with live music every evening. But if I had to pick only one great thing about this hotel that made our holiday so enjoyable, I'd definitely choose the staff as we were really impressed by the genuine smiles, efficiency, politeness and proactive attitude of the personnel.

Our second visit - excellent location on the Playa de Muro rated in the Top-25 in the world. 6 stars for the food and drink, all kitchen, restaurant and bar staff are top-notch !! Nightly entertainment was great too. Weather at the end of October was comfortably warm and dry, well worth a late-season visit. Will return again asap...

Fabulous hotel! I can only recommend to visit if you get the chance! Perfect location on a great beach. Service is amazing. Staff are so attentive and always willing to help. The food at this hotel is excellent and fresh. It varied every day and there were lots of delicious vegan, vegetarian and non veggie options. We went half board (recommend) and enjoyed lunch at the hotel as it was much better quality and reasonably priced compared with others in the area. Not to mention the amazing view from the restaurant! The entertainment is fabulous. Live music every night! The beds are comfy and the room is cleaned every day. The whole hotel is spotless. One thing we were wrongly apprehensive about was the pool. Although it looks small it is heated (July) and is fitted with numerous jets and two waterfall features! It was never too busy and we ended up really enjoying it! We always found available loungers on the sun terrace or at the pool as the hotel had signs up stating that reserving loungers is not allowed. The sauna/spa area is also very nice and the gym is good (open 24hrs). The shower room was also spacious and helpful as our return flight was late so we used this after checkout! Our family visited for 10 days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday great! We hope to visit again soon!

This hotel is amazing! Very professional and friendly staff, the rooms were always very clean, the hotel interior and exterior is likely one of the most beautiful ones in Alcudia bay and it looks stunning at night. The location could not be better - it’s literally glued to the beach. The food is very good and there are a lot of options available. The turkish bath and sauna areas are very well equipped with recent gear. The only con for me was that every room has a twin bed and there are no rooms with queen size beds. Also the gym could be bigger but does the job for a hotel and the equipment is recent and of good quality. I think this deserves 5 stars!

Great all inclusive stays on the beach. Our only issue was that our air conditioning in the room never worked, despite numerous attempts to report the issue. Otherwise, the staff were seriously excellent and a lovely location right on the beach.

Really nice hotel. We got a Junior Suite with sea views on the 5th floor. Perfect place to watch the sunrise. It’s literally on the beach. The food in the restaurant is good too.

We just came back from a wonderful stay in this hotel. We enjoyed The Sea Hotel for 10 nights and found all the staff really friendly and helpful - they even accommodated an early breakfast for us on our leaving day. The hotel was always spotlessly clean and the whole atmosphere was really relaxing. You couldn't get a better location - it has a private beach area and the solarium was lovely but it was also quiet which was great at night. All in all a fabulous stay, would recommend to everyone!
